RSVP Today for the State of the City and County Address Luncheon - May 6, 2008

Reserve your tickets today for the 2008 State of the City & County Address Luncheon.

Mayor Will Cox and Judge-Executive Donnie Carroll will address the community on the state of the city and the county on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church.

Luncheon tickets are $15 and may be reserved by calling the Madisonville-Hopkins County Chamber of Commerce at 270-821-3435 or emailing c.commerce@newwavecomm.net.

 


 

Shred Day - Saturday, May 3, 2008

The City of Madisonville wants to protect you from identity theft. On Saturday, May 3, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pirahna Mobile Shredding will shred up to 100 pounds of business or personal documents for FREE.  Shredding will take place in the parking lot of Parkway Plaza Mall in front of Capitol Theatre.

The City of Madisonville Recycling Center will also be open and accepting additional recyclables from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 900 McCoy Avenue.
