Trash Pick Up Schedule Changes Due to Labor Day
The City of Madisonville Sanitation Department will be closed on Monday, September 1, 2008 in observance of Labor Day. The Sanitation Department will pick up Monday's garbage on Thursday, September 4, 2008. The remainder of the week will be on a regular pick up day. The Recycling Center will be closed Saturday, August 30, 2008. Please call 824-2117 for more information.

Are you curious about what happens at city coucil meetings but you are not quite sure how to find out? It's simple - send requests for "City Council Agenda" to info@madisonvillegov.com. The Madisonville City Council meets the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month (unless this day falls on a holiday) at 5:30 p.m. at 99 E. Center St. Agendas are completed and distributed to the public by noon on the Friday prior to each meeting. The public is encouraged to attend.
